This week has been a busy week. Most of it was spent helping mike buy a car but I also paid off a credit card and put in a 12 hour day at work. I know it all doesn't sound very exciting, but I learned a lot about myself this week.
First of all, I guess I don't hate my job as much as I thought. Now, I'm not saying that I am an enterprise lifer, but I'm not counting it out right now. Enterprise has been nothing but good to me. Its given me a steady pay check, decent benefits, and a healthy grasp on my strengths and weakness. I want to get into retail, but I think I have a little more learning to do before I can get that management position.
Secondly, I paid off a credit card!!! Yes it was the one with the smallest balance of 292.31. But I did it, alone. Well not entirely alone, Mike helped a little with keeping me fed. Other then that though, the money was all mine. Onward to my 321.76 balance.
Last, I know a lot more about car buying then I thought. Mike and I were able to bring the Honda guys down to a price just below invoice, and to the payment that was perfect for our budget. When Mike drove away with his new Civic I felt successful, and not taken advantage of which seems to be a common feeling associated with car buying. Not to mention I prevented mike from buying a beat up used one with my new found skill of spotting damage on cars.(Another reason why my job isn't so bad)
All in all, its been a decent week.
i want to see your naughty bit

Hey, random question from a stranger: is the title of this post in reference to the Polite Dance Song?
