The best decision i've made by far this year was to starting going to the gym in the morning. Obviously there are some downsides, like having to make sure i'm ready for the day, the night before. And i don't have as much time to spend with mike in the morning. But so far the positives have far outweighed the negatives. I mean, i was alreadying getting up between 4:45 and 5 in the morning anyway. I might as well do something useful with that time.


Now that the cat is out of the bag i can finally say woooooooooooooo andrea and ryan are moving to the east coast! I'm so excited for them that they will be moving to South Carolina. Not to mention that will be a great place to visit come the summer ;)


I also gave my manager a timeframe for getting me promoted. Maybe it sounded pushy, but I like to think it sounded motivated. Plus, if mike doesn't get to teach summer school we will need the added income.

Coworker Mike(a fellow poli-sci major) told me the other day that he was disappointed in me for not watching the State of the Union address. I totally agree. I'm disappointed in myself. That used to be one of the best nights of politics for me, and I didn't even watch it. For shame. Speaking of politics, i need to get myself back into the game. I've just totally lost touched with what i appreciated about it, and now i want it back.

I'm pretty sure a guy that set-up a reservation for saturday is employing illegal aliens and transporting them in the back of a cargo van. Morally i'm not so sure how I feel about this, but can i really not rent him the van?
