Today was the day that I visited the branch I will be working at. I learned some very important things today.

1.) I WORK IN A TRAILER. true story. I almost drove by the damn thing because I was looking for an actual building. But no, the place I will be spending my days is a trailer, on the lot of a car dealership. And i know you are probably thinking it can't be that bad. Well it is. There is 4 desks. I work with 3 other people. And not for long either, because the one girl that works there is being transferred to Virginia. I think i'm was just ecstatic to see the thing actually had a bathroom. But i probably wouldn't of been surprised either if it didn't. Oh the joys of working in Sykesville.

2.) The rules of dress code don't apply when you work in a trailer. We are told to dress professional , skirts, pants, suit jackets ect. I showed up this morning wearing a cute little skirt,a blouse, with a little sweater over top, cause the shirt is a little shear, and my black suit jacket. I looked like i ran the company compared to the people i work with . First of all, because i work in a trailer. Secondly, probably because one of the guys i worked with, had an ivory colored tie you could see the dirt, and a giant whole in his shoe, while the girl i worked with had an untucked shirt and those ugly sandals that have that nasty black elastic band in the front. You know.. the ones that for some reason every girl had (except me and my friends of good taste) back in high school.


3.) People who work in trailers don't get me. I was told multiple times today that i should probably not wear heels. Uh.. really? they obviously don't know me. Or understand that heels totally make an outfit. This is seriously going to be an interesting few months while i work in a trailer.

but on a the brightside, thanks to my day in a trailer, i already have numbers to boast. So one step closer to a promotion, and a transfer.
