Maybe its just me, or maybe its because i've been told i resemble miley cyrus and feel the need to defend her honor, but i'm pretty sick of hearing miley cyrus get crap about her vanity fair shoot. I understand that she is 15 and a role model for millions of young girls, and the face of disney... but at some point wasn't Lindsey Lohan in the same position? Look at everything she has gone on to do. I'm going to have to say that Miley Cyrus' photo shoot is not going to steer girls in the wrong direction as much as maybe lindsey's drinking and rehab stints. Lindsey Lohan did a nude shoot for the new yorker, honoring marilyn monroe and was praised for it, despite her cult following of young girls. Miley Cyrus exposes her back for a magazine geared at adult readers with a reknowned photographer, and forced to apologize for her missteps. It doesn't even make sense.


The girl is stepping away from her disney roots and thats ok. Even if she is only 15. Since when has age mattered in hollywood anyway?
